Three holiday apartments in the Dune Beach Resort in Mielno
Dune Baltic lets three apartments in Dune B: B221 and B321, each with 44 m², and B305 with 53 m². You will stay on the second or third floor, directly on the promenade and beach in Mielno.
Each apartment features a separate bedroom, living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, and balcony with side sea view. Wi-Fi and beach equipment are included; a garage parking space can be booked for an additional fee.
You arrive, open the balcony door — and realise you have nothing left to do.

B221 and B321 offer 44 m² for up to four guests, B305 has 53 m² for up to five guests and extra space for longer stays. All three feature a balcony, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and access to the wellness area.

Same layout as B221, but on the third floor: the view over the rooftops of Dune A towards the water is even wider, and the balcony enjoys the sun for longer.

Nine square metres more space: B305 is the largest of the three apartments — with a wider living area, a larger dining space, and noticeably more freedom of movement for five guests.

02 How far is the beach?
About one minute. The building offers direct access to the promenade, from where a dune crossing leads to Mielno’s wide sandy beach.
03 What is included in the price?
Wellness (pool, whirlpool, sauna, fitness room), Wi-Fi, beach equipment, as well as bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 days or more, an additional cleaning with linen change is included.
04 How many people can stay in an apartment?
B221 and B321 accommodate up to four guests: two in the king-size bed in the bedroom, two on the sofa bed in the living room. B305 (53 m²) is designed for up to five guests and offers the most space to move around. A travel cot is available on request.
05 When is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. If you arrive earlier, just let us know — we will find a solution.
06 Are dogs allowed?
Pets are only permitted in selected apartments and cost approx. 80 PLN per day. Please enquire before booking to confirm if your chosen apartment is suitable, and provide breed and size.
07 Is smoking allowed in the building?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire Dune B building and in all apartments — including on the balcony.
08 How do I book an apartment?

09 Are there parking spaces?
Yes, there is an additional parking space available in the garage for a fee: approx. 65 PLN per day in high season and approx. 40 PLN per day in low and mid season, approx. 20% cheaper if booked online. Entrance height is 2.05 m. Prices according to the operator, as of November 2026, subject to change.
010 Is there a washing machine in every apartment?
No. According to the operator's equipment list, only apartment B221 has a washing machine. B321 and B305 do not include a washing machine.
011 What does a cot cost, and what about babies?
Children up to 3 years who sleep in their parents' bed stay free of charge. A cot with bedding costs approx. 30 PLN per day. Prices according to the operator, as of November 2026, subject to change.
012 What are the opening hours of the wellness area?
Daily from 10:00 to 21:00, with a technical break from 14:00 to 14:30. The wellness zone includes an indoor leisure pool with swimming area, whirlpool with water massage, dry sauna, children's pool (0.3 m deep, approx. 32°C) and fitness room. 014 What can the concierge organise for special occasions?
The Dune Concierge can assist with romantic candlelit dinners, bouquets of flowers, selected drinks, apartment decoration, marriage proposals, birthdays with cake and balloons, as well as stag and hen parties and baby showers. The resort also hosts weddings, business meetings and company Christmas parties. Services and prices are set by the operator; simply include your request in your enquiry.
015 How long does the journey to Mielno take?
According to the operator, travel times by car are approximately 2 hours from Szczecin (Stettin), 2.5 hours from Gdańsk (Danzig), 4 hours from Poznań (Posen), and 6 hours from Warszawa (Warschau). The nearest major airport is Szczecin-Goleniów, about 135 km away. A garage space can be booked as an extra (maximum entry height 2.05 m).
016 Which payment methods are accepted, and is there a local tax?
